You say you don’t always use condoms when fucking. Research shows that hepatitis C is more common among men who don’t use condoms. See if the following advice about fucking fits your sex life.
C WhatYouCanDo!
-Do not come inside each other. Sperm can contain hepatitis C
-Remove cock piercings to reduce the risk of wound/bleeds
- If spit is used to fuck (for instance, after rimming), switch to lube as soon as possible. Spit only works as lubricant for a short while. It quickly dries. This could cause damage of the mucous membranes of your butt hole. Damage inside makes it easier for hepatitis C to enter your body
-Do you and your partner change role (top to bottom or the other way around? Or would you like to fuck with someone else, for example at a sex party? First wash your cock, pubic hair and balls (top) or your butt (bottom) with a mild soap or wash gel. Rinse off thoroughly with lots of water. Never use disinfectants on your cock or anus (to prevent irritation of the mucous membranes)
-Take off your cock ring when you wash yourself. Lube (containing hepatitis C) can hide under your cock ring. Clean (and disinfect) the cock ring before putting it back on
